Account data: email, username, profile metadata, authentication/session identifiers.
Meeting data: audio captures, transcript text, screenshot attachments, and message content created during active sessions.
Operational data: consent confirmations, audit logs, session diagnostics, and usage metrics.
Billing data: purchase records and payment status metadata (payment cards are processed by Stripe).

2. Purpose of Processing

To provide meeting support and note-taking features that you choose to activate.
To secure and operate authentication, billing, and service reliability.
To comply with legal obligations and investigate abuse or unauthorized use.

3. User-Controlled Capture and Focus Mode

Focus mode is optional and user-controlled.
Recording, transcription, and screenshot capture do not auto-start without user action.
You choose when to enable or disable these features in the app.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use vetted third-party providers for cloud hosting, authentication, payments, and AI/transcription services. These providers process data under contractual and technical safeguards.

5. Data Retention

Session messages and transcript content are designed for short-lived processing and are deleted immediately after session handling, except where limited retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security obligations. Consent and audit logs may be retained longer to satisfy legal and compliance requirements.

6. Security Measures

We use role-based access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege service accounts, and audit logging for critical events. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.

7. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. You may also request processing restrictions where legally applicable.
